Guildford care support – daily home care and live-in care

We have many close ties in the local Guildford community and work closely with all care organisations, including the Adult Health and Social Care Commissioning team and the Guildford and Waverley Clinical Care Commissioning Group (CCG). We are also in close contact with Nuffield Health and Guildford Hospitals.

One of our Guildford home carers, Sinan Aydemir, recently won our Special Recognition Values Award for the number of nominations he received at our annual Trinity Homecare Awards ceremony.

We work closely with Guildford Borough Council in their positive support of carers and their work with those who have dementia. We’re on a mission to become a dementia friendly organisation by encouraging all of our staff to become Alzheimer’s Society, Dementia Champions and you can regularly find us at the Moorcroft Centre for the Community in Westfield, Woking.

Guildford is a borough with a population of 133,000, with 22,500 over the age of 65 years. Our local care team covers Guildford as well as West Horsley, East Horsley, West Clandon, East Clandon, Ripley, Send Marsh, Ripley, Pyrford and West Byfleet.

Local Reviews

“Heartfelt care in your home, Trinity's motto is true to it's word. They all loved and cared for Mum as they did for myself and my family. Thank you for the final 'spa day' and for last hair wash and braid. Thanks you for the bunches of daffodils during her last week to give her a touch of the spring she couldn't get out to see and experience. And thank you for being there for us. You were and are our angels. Go on doing what you are doing, bring support, comfort, care and joy to so many lives. We love you, will never forget you.”
