Home care in the Home Counties

The home counties are those that surround London and usually include Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire,  Kent, Surrey and Sussex (even though Sussex does not border London). We like to include Hampshire and Oxfordshire too, as our full range of live-in care services are also available here.

We are passionate about supporting people to live independently at home and have been providing live-in care across the Home Counties since 1996. And we can also understand why you’d want to remain at home in the Home Counties –  after all there are some very beautiful places to live there!

“I wanted mum and dad at home, and the hospital gave me a lot of different companies but when I talked to Trinity, I just knew they were for me – and they have been brilliant.”

Full access to our managed and introductory live-in care services

We offer both our introductory and fully managed live-in care services across the Home Counties. If you live in Surrey, we also offer hourly care services at home and if you are living in other parts of the Home Counties, please feel free to give us a call, as we can often recommend someone with an hourly care team who is local to your county.

Local Reviews

“I cannot express enough the appreciation and gratitude I feel as in most cases you went beyond the call of duty. The carers were exceptional throughout, without their help and dedication I do not know how I would have gotten through it.Although those days were a bit of a blur I will not forget their compassion and care. All of the carers as well as the office staff are wonderful, they are all part of a great team.”

“Thank you very much for all you have done in the last two months to keep my mother well and happy. I am very aware that it is not always easy but you have done a great job. Thank you again for spending a chunk of the summer with my mother and doing so much in the house and garden. We appreciate it very much.”
