We have many close ties in the local Guildford community and work closely with all care organisations, including the Adult Health and Social Care Commissioning team and the Guildford and Waverley Clinical Care Commissioning Group (CCG). We are also in close contact with Nuffield Health and Guildford Hospitals.

One of our Guildford home carers, Sinan Aydemir, recently won our Special Recognition Values Award for the number of nominations he received at our annual Trinity Homecare Awards ceremony and our Guildford Care Manager Di Yorke was a finalist at the Surrey Care Awards 2017 for ‘Care Manager of the Year’.

The local authority is Guildford Borough Council, whom we work closely with in their positive support of carers and their work with those who have dementia. We’re on a mission to become a dementia-friendly organisation by encouraging all of our staff to become Alzheimer’s Society, Dementia Champions and you can regularly find us at the Moorcroft Centre for the Community in Westfield, Woking.
