Our Trinity-managed live-in care is available to areas that are within a 2-hour drive of our head office, such as the far southern areas of Northampton in Northamptonshire. Being within a 2-hour drive will enable your dedicated care management team to ensure that they are able to provide responsive support to you and your carers.
Since a majority of the East Midlands areas are further than a 2-hour drive from Surrey, our Self-managed care services serve a vast majority of the East Midlands. Our self-managed live-in care will introduce you to a self-employed live-in carer in your area, and this service is available across England. A selection of postcodes where we provide Self-managed live-in care include DE (Derby), LE (Leicester), LN (Lincoln) and NG (Nottingham) among others.
What’s the difference between Trinity-managed and Self-managed live-in care?
We use our rigorous recruitment process to identify suitable candidates for both our Trinity-managed and Self-managed live-in care services. With both services, you will receive the support of a dedicated care management team who will introduce you to live-in carers who have been personally selected as a match to your lifestyle and needs.
Our Trinity-managed live-in care service is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Trinity Homecare acts as the provider for care and we are responsible for developing a Personal Support Plan, regularly reviewing your care plan, selecting and training live-in TrinityCarers through our full induction program and ensuring you receive ongoing support. Your invoices from us will include the entire cost, including carers’ wages and all statutory contributions – ensuring you and your loved ones feel reassured if you or your loved one is unable or does not wish to manage the live-in carer directly.
Our Self-managed live-in care means that Trinity Homecare acts as an introduction agency, introducing live-in carers who work on a self-employed basis for an agreed period of time. You are responsible for paying the live-in carer directly providing them with your daily instructions. Your dedicated care management team will arrange your placements and manage your booking schedule as well as offering their support, advice and guidance. Trinity invoices you solely for an introduction fee and Carers handle their own tax and national insurance contributions.
