Our training pathway is designed to support the development of our teams’ knowledge, skills and experience at all levels. From the initial induction training, to specialist care for medical conditions and management training opportunities, our training centre supports every member of our Trinity team. Our staff agree! 99% give our training and support a favourable ranking!
