Nicky is our number one trouble-shooter. This means, she liaises with both clients and carers on the hourly community team and takes pride in juggling day-to-day, hands on situations. Working in care for the past 16 years, Nicky has a clear understanding of just what’s needed on the job and is always on the end of the phone for anyone who needs a sympathetic ear. Starting out as an on the job carer, she’s worked her way up through the Trinity ranks – and that’s despite her singing in the office!

On the weekends, Nicky loves to travel and is never happier than when spending holiday time with her family, reading on the beach.
