Simon Yeoman
Managing Director
Simon brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in growing customer focused organisations across the technology and service sectors. Before joining Trinity Homecare, he served as CEO of Fasthosts, part of the IONOS Group, where he successfully led the business through a period of transformation, delivering sustained revenue growth, enhancing customer experience and supporting the organisation during the successful IPO of its parent company.
With extensive expertise in operational leadership, Simon has a proven track record of building high performing teams, improving service quality and developing scalable businesses that deliver long-term success. At Trinity Homecare, he is focused on fostering an empowered, values-led culture that enables colleagues to deliver exceptional care and outstanding outcomes for clients and their families.
Carla Gama
Operations Director
Carla Gama is an accomplished Care Director at Trinity Homecare Group, where she has been making a significant impact since July 2022. With over 15 years of experience in the care industry and a master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Social Inclusion, Carla is dedicated to ensuring that operational goals align with the group’s strategic plan.
She takes great pride in leading a talented team of managers and is passionate about supporting operational teams to deliver outstanding care services, enabling clients to live well at home for as long as they wish.
Carla’s extensive experience includes previous roles as a Nursing Home Manager and Registered Manager at Riverstone, a Goldman Sachs-owned business specialising in high-quality retirement living. She has also overseen care delivery across the UK at The Good Care Group. Carla excels in leading teams, maximising partnerships with care professionals, and fostering a culture of outstanding service that enables clients to live comfortably at home.
Carla’s interest in care began at a young age, and she is deeply committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives. Outside of work, Carla cherishes time with her family and enjoys traveling, creating memories with her children. She also has a lifelong passion for horse riding, reflecting her love for animals and the outdoors.
Barbara Baig
Group Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement
Barbara Baig is the Group Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Trinity Homecare Group, where she leads quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organisation. With extensive experience in adult social care and regulated services, she focuses on governance, risk management, and delivering consistently high standards of care.
Barbara joined Trinity Homecare in April 2014 and has progressed into a senior leadership role with responsibility for group-wide quality strategy. She holds Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications in Adult Social Care and has completed a Level 7 qualification in Strategic Leadership and Management. Her work ensures services meet regulatory requirements while remaining person focused and outcome driven.
Her background includes senior operational roles as Live-in Care Manager and Area Care Manager, as well as holding CQC registration for Trinity Homecare. These roles have given her a strong understanding of frontline delivery, regulatory frameworks, and organisational accountability. Prior to joining Trinity, Barbara worked as a District Manager for Surrey County Council, managing large teams and complex service operations.
At Trinity Homecare, Barbara works closely with Registered Managers and operational leaders to strengthen quality systems, embed best practice, and support sustainable improvement across the group.
Outside of work, Barbara volunteers with the Renewed Hope homeless shelter and enjoys regular board game evenings with friends. The group meets monthly, keeps competition firmly light hearted, and awards both a winner and loser trophy.
Steve Davies
Head of Talent Acquisition & Operations Director
With over 25 years of experience across recruitment, operations and the health & social care sector, Steve is passionate about building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional care and support organisational growth.
Steve’s journey at Trinity Homecare Group began as Operations Director, where he led the national Live-in Care service, driving operational performance, regulatory excellence and service growth while developing high-performing teams and maintaining outstanding standards of care.
Today, as Head of Talent Acquisition, Steve lead the company’s workforce strategy, transforming recruitment into a proactive, data-led function. I oversee talent acquisition across frontline, specialist, corporate and leadership roles, while strengthening employer branding, workforce planning and the use of technology and AI to attract and retain exceptional people who share Trinity’s values.
Outside of work, Steve is a strong believer in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. He is passionate about football and have been involved in the game for many years, both on and off the pitch. I also enjoy cycling, regularly taking on long-distance rides to challenge myself and unwind and I love travelling to experience new places, cultures and adventures with family and friends.
Nicola Waghorn
Group Head of HR and Learning and Development
Nicola joined the HR team at the Trinity Homecare Group in 2017, bringing a wealth of experience from both the travel and care sectors. Starting her career in the travel industry, she progressed from sales to learning and development, managing a number of teams, before transitioning into HR, where she found her passion for people development and organisational growth. Being Level 5 CIPD qualified, she plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the HR and Learning and Development function within the care sector.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two teenage children, family holidays to sunny destinations are a must have for Nicola.

Summer Smith
Branch Manager (Worcester Park)
Summer began her career with Trinity as one of our carers. Working her way up, Summer is now a Registered Manager for our visiting care branch.
As the Registered Manager, Summer actively ensures that our clients receive the highest home care standards. Summer is also responsible for scheduling your visits and reviewing your care plan to ensure you receive bespoke care that fulfills your needs.

Chloe Bruce-Rae
Branch Manager (East of England)
Chloe has a strong background in domiciliary care and has worked for Trinity home care at the East of England Branch for 2 years. Chloe began her journey as a Field Care Supervisor, progressed to Care Coordinator, and now leads the service as Registered Manager.
Chloe is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and choice. She works closely with clients and the care team to ensure every individual receives safe, compassionate, and reliable support tailored to their needs, while maintaining high standards across the service.

Michelle Moss
Branch Manager (Somerset & Wiltshire)
Michelle is the Registered Manager for our Somerset and Wiltshire branch. Having previously worked as a Care Coordinator within the branch’s visiting care team, she brings valuable hands-on experience and a thorough understanding of the needs of both clients and care professionals. Michelle is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to live safely and independently in their own homes.
