If the referred individual is successful in starting with us, you will get 2,000 points which are the equivalent of £200.
Earn rewards for each step of the process, not just for successful hires. We reward our staff for not only referrals, but also activities such as survey completions and sharing events. Different activities will earn you a different amount of points, and you can easily keep track of how many points you have earnt and choose when to cash them in.
