Digital care records for transparency and peace of mind
At Trinity Homecare, we have invested in pioneering technology and our digital system called TrinityConnect. This is used by our care teams to record all aspects of the care you receive. TrinityCarers will receive a list of tasks to complete during their visit and this is presented to care management teams in a live feed so they can monitor events in real-time. Next of kin are also able to access TrinityConnect to give loved one’s peace of mind.

Reassurance for you and your loved ones – our five-star reviews
With over 20 years of experience and five-star reviews, we’ve got the knowledge, experience and compassion to give you peace of mind and reassurance. We have amassed a significant amount of impartial feedback that is moderated by an approved Review Partner of the Care Quality Commission and NHS Choices. We believe in transparency so you see all the reviews we have received on our website, NHS Choices and homecare.co.uk.
We carefully select compassionate and committed care assistants and are accredited with key industry bodies
Our care assistants are recruited for their compassion and empathy as well as their knowledge, skills and experience. We recruit only those who share our values and share our commitments to providing entirely bespoke heartfelt care at all times.
All members of our care teams begin their journey with Trinity with a rigorous recruitment process, throughout which they are assessed from their first telephone interview, through to completion of their compulsory training.
Trinity Homecare is a full member of the UK Home Care Association (UKHCA) and our Managing Director, Mike Smith has been a board member since October 2015. Rest assured, we’re highlighting the issue of home independence wherever we can.
