Lisa Clarry
Senior Care Manager
Lisa Clarry joined Trinity in December 2022 as the Care Manager for the North region. She brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked in the healthcare sector for several years. Lisa is responsible for a portfolio of clients receiving live-in care and professional carers across the north of England. Her main focus is ensuring the successful delivery of care to all clients, while also providing support to professional carers.
Lisa has a number of qualifications in health and social care, including an NVQ 5 in Health & Social Care, a paediatric trachy study day, and an End of Life Care award. She has also completed several training courses, including Dementia/Mental Capacity Act training, long-term conditions training, and falls awareness training.
Prior to joining Trinity, Lisa held various positions in the healthcare industry, including Care Coordinator at Nestor Group, Service Delivery Manager at Allied Healthcare, and Head of Homecare North at Helping Hands. She also served as a Registered and Dual Registered Manager at Allied Healthcare, as well as Regional Manager at Mears Group and The Good Care Group.
Lisa loves meeting new clients and being able to help them receive the care they need in their own homes. She finds the job fulfilling, as she’s able to keep people safe and happy in their familiar surroundings. Lisa also enjoys the variety that her job brings, as no two days are the same.
Outside of work, Lisa is an avid supporter of The House of Light Trust, a supported living enterprise where her sister lives. She even did a charity skydive in 2017 to raise funds for the organization.
Trudi Hams
Care Coordinator
Trudi joined us as Bookings Coordinator in 2021 after having most recently worked as a Mental Health Coordinator and Support Worker. She now coordinates carer bookings and provides ongoing support to our clients and carers. Drawing on her background in psychology, Trudi is also very passionate about ensuring a close client-carer match looking at both the care skills required but also hobbies and interests.
Virginia Thomas
Care Coordinator
Virginia Thomas joined Trinity in 2021. Virginia is our Surrey Field Care Supervisor and has worked in the industry for over 2 years. Virginia has a strong passion for ensuring that the care provided by Berkeley is tailored to each client and is person centred. With her knowledge of the Care Support Workers, she ensures the Care Workers are fully trained, regular spot checked and are always at their best ability for each client.
Alexandru Dracea
Care Needs Assessor
Alexandru came to the UK from Romania in 2016 having qualified as a nurse in Bucharest. After coming to the UK, he worked to manage and provide care in a community setting before deciding to specialise in dementia care, managing the dementia provision in a large care home in the Cotswolds. He is able to bring his expertise in nursing and dementia to Trinity and our clients.
Amanda Durrant
Care Needs Assessor
Amanda joined the team in June 2019 and managed the care team covering the northern regions of the UK. She has worked within the care industry for over 12 years and in management since 1999. Amanda is passionate about empowering people to remain as independent as possible and to maintain their skills whilst providing person centred, professional care at all times.
Joana Silva
Care Needs Assessor
Having recently returned as a Care Manager team, Joana has an extensive background in providing and managing home care. Using her managerial expertise, along with her degree is psychology, she supports client across the Gloucestershire area. She is passionate about providing the very best service to clients and carers ensuring they receive personalised and professional care at all times.
