Our Trinity-managed live-in home care service means that we are fully responsible for every aspect of your care – from assessing your needs to creating your bespoke care plan and providing all the ongoing support you may require.

We match you to an expert live-in carer and conduct regular supervisions and reviews. You will also have a dedicated care manager and 24/7 support from our care management team.

At Trinity, it’s all about listening and understanding everybody’s needs. We also spend much time ensuring that we find just the right carer to live with you in your home. We do this through using our specially designed matching service called Matchcare. It means we ask you everything about yourself from hobbies and interests to your favourite foods and then spend time talking to our carers about your lifestyle. We know it is really important to find just the right person who can live with you in your home.

With our Trinity-managed live-in home care service, we also take care of everything from staff rotas, and HR requirements (including salary, holiday pay, national insurance and so on,) to guidance on the bigger picture of you or your loved one’s health and care needs. This service is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) (who’s just given us a glowing report – if we might say so ourselves!) and it also means you’ll have your own Trinity Homecare manager who is there to support and help you however they can.
