Daily home care, often referred to as domiciliary care is a great way to remain independent at home if you require a little care and support. Our daily home care service is dedicated to helping you to stay at home and enjoy your quality of life by providing you with a personalised support plan to assist you in areas where you need it most.
This support may be as little as once a week, perhaps for a trip out or a bathing service. Or perhaps you need assistance at regular, multiple times during the day.
A Homecare Assistant from Trinity can offer support in many areas of everyday living, assisting with personal care tasks like bathing or dressing, mobility, light housekeeping and errands, feeding and walking pets, preparing and serving nutritionally balanced meals of your choice, prompting or administering medication, driving you to appointments, meetings and social engagements. We are also able to provide sleepover cover.
At Trinity Homecare we are able to offer care for a wide range of personal requirements, conditions and circumstances. Whether you are looking for companionship and some help around your home, more specialised care for conditions such as dementia or Parkinson’s or dealing with specialised equipment and specific moving and handling needs, Trinity is on hand to help.
Wouldn’t it be nice to know that your loved ones are safe and taken care of? With Trinity’s hourly care at home service you’ll rest assured that they’re receiving the quality care that they need and want. We only employ the best staff: experienced, vetted and highly trained. All speak fluent English and live locally.
Our staff are highly trained to help with whatever is necessary to ensure that your elderly loved ones are properly taken care of, whilst respecting dignity and choice.
Our aim is to deliver staff continuity wherever possible in order that your loved ones can cultivate genuine and rewarding friendships with their TrinityCarers.
Studies show that older and disabled people who continue to live at home, near friends and family, are happier than in residential care.
Daily home care has been shown to help prevent unplanned hospital visits which frequently result in long stays and sometimes secondary infections and complications.
Keeping your loved ones safe, happy and healthy at home, whatever their age or ability, is our priority, just as it is yours.
