Refer a friend to us! At Trinity Homecare, we pride ourselves on hiring and retaining staff with compassion, commitment, and empathy. We have had real success in hiring staff who were referred by our existing team of carers and management teams. After all, caring people know caring people!

Developing our teams through referrals is an important way that we find new members of our Trinity team who share our values and have the dedication to live these values every day by making a real difference to peoples’ lives.

This is why we recently introduced Care Friends to reward our staff for activities such as referrals, survey completions and sharing events.

If you know someone who’s looking to start their journey in the care industry, we offer you the opportunity to earn Care Friends points for every referral and successful hire. All of these points collected are then converted to money, meaning you can start earning extra money straight away!

Referring someone to us is simple, you’ll need to download the Care Friends app, create an account and share jobs with your friends. This can be via text or social media- whichever you prefer!
