Our Dementia Guide answers questions and concerns about dementia

The number of people living with dementia in the UK is forecast to increase to over 1 million by 2025 and with ever-increasing numbers experiencing dementia every day, it’s more important than ever before to develop our knowledge and understanding of dementia.

At Trinity Homecare, we’re passionate about supporting people live well with dementia and we believe that the key to living well with dementia begins with understanding dementia. Although dementia is a term a majority of the population recognise, questions and concerns are natural parts of the journey and with our Dementia Guide, you and your loved ones can find the answers and reassurance you need.
