Our teams’ commitment and dedication have been recognised in our success at the Surrey Care Awards 2017,2018 & 2019.
Having won awards the last two years running, we felt so very proud to have had made it as finalists in four award categories from a county-wide selection of nominations:
Our 2019 winning award was for Innovation and good practice in recruitment and retention we were ecstatic when it was announced that we had won the award!
In 2018, 5 individuals and an entire team were selected from a county-wide selection of nominations as finalists at the Surrey Care Awards in Care Newcomer of the Year, Beyond the Call of Duty, Frontline Leader of the Year and Excellence in Delivering Dementia Care Award categories, and we’re delighted that our Care Manager Claire Eaves was selected as the winner of the Frontline Leader of the Year Award 2018!
Our Trinity teams were also finalists in many categories at the Surrey Care Awards 2017 including the ‘Beyond the Call of Duty’, ‘Care Manager of the Year’ and ‘Innovation and Good Practice in Staff Recruitment and Retention Award 2017’ awards, and our Senior TrinityCarer Shona was the deserving winner of the ‘Beyond the Call of Duty’ award 2017!
In 2017 three of our Trinity Carers were nominated for the ‘Beyond the Call of Duty Award’, Pam Hatley, Hamdi Alihaje and Shona Kendall.

Our care manager from Guildford was a finalist in the ‘Care Manager of the Year Award’. Trinity Homecare were also a finalist for the ‘Innovation and Good Practice in Staff Recruitment and Retention Award’, for which we were celebrated for “working to provide an accredited training programme to build confidence” of our staff.

Trinity Homecare’s journey started over 20 years ago when a husband and wife team founded a small care agency in Wimbledon. They wanted to make a difference to peoples’ lives and after all this time, this has never changed. We’ve developed our team and our services to provide heartfelt care and bespoke support across Surrey (Visiting home care), the Home Counties (Trinity-managed live-in care) and England & Wales (Self-managed live-in care).
At Trinity Homecare, we have invested in pioneering technology and our new digital system called TrinityConnect. TrinityConnect is a service we offer to all of our ‘managed’ clients (Trinity-managed live-in care and Visiting home care) which is used by our care teams to record all aspects of the care you receive. TrinityCarers will receive a list of tasks to complete during their visit and this is presented to care management teams in a live feed so they can monitor events in real time. Next of kin are also able to access TrinityConnect to give loved ones peace of mind.

Our ‘managed’ services (Trinity-managed live-in care and Visiting home care) are regulated by the Care Quality Commission. This means our services are regularly inspected and assessed against regulatory guidelines. We’re delighted to have achieved an ‘outstanding’ rating in our last inspection which means we’re proven to provide safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led services.

Our Care Assistants are recruited for their compassion and empathy as well as their knowledge, skills and experience. We recruit only those who share our values and share our commitments to providing entirely bespoke heartfelt care at all times.
All members of our care teams begin their journey with Trinity with a rigorous recruitment process, throughout which they are assessed from their first telephone interview, through to completion of their compulsory training.
