She will work closely with clients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to ensure that every care plan responds to the individual’s needs, preferences and circumstances.

Strengthening homecare across the East of England
Trinity Homecare’s East of England team provides personalised visiting care to people who need additional support to continue living safely and independently at home.
Care can be adapted as an individual’s circumstances change, from companionship and help with everyday routines to more comprehensive assistance with personal care, mobility and medication.
As Registered Manager, Chloe will play an important role in developing the service while preserving the personal approach that clients and their families value. Her focus will remain on listening to those receiving care, building trusted relationships and ensuring that support makes a meaningful difference to everyday life.
Speaking about her appointment, Chloe said:
“I’m delighted to take on the role of Registered Manager for Trinity Homecare East of England. It is a privilege to lead a team that is so committed to making a positive difference to people’s lives. I’m looking forward to working closely with our clients, families and carers as we continue to strengthen our service and provide care people can depend on.”
