Barbara (Registered Manager) and Ali (Care Manager) at Trinity Homecare have organised a fun advent calendar for the office staff across the whole team. Barbara and Ali have bought gifts for each day from today up until 23 December, wrapped them up and numbered them. Each day at 11am the team come together for a quick advent calendar opening for those in the office and those working-from-home can watch via video call. A name is pulled out of Santa’s hat at random and a number is pulled out of the corresponding day on Barbara’s advent jumper.
Today was the launch of the advent calendar and the winner received a book. Barbara who came up with the idea said:
“We wanted to have something fun for the team to do in the lead up to Christmas to thank them for their hard work. A lot goes on in the background to ensure our clients are provided with outstanding care and that our carers have everything they need.”
