Trinity Homecare is delighted to announce the appointment of Michelle Moss as Registered Manager for its Somerset & Wiltshire branch, recognising her dedication to delivering exceptional homecare and her longstanding commitment to supporting local clients, families and carers.
Michelle takes on the role following her success as Care Coordinator within Trinity Homecare’s Somerset & Wiltshire visiting care team. Throughout her time with the branch, she has developed strong relationships with clients, their families and healthcare professionals while helping to coordinate personalised care that enables people to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes.
As Registered Manager, Michelle will oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, leading the local care team and ensuring every client continues to receive compassionate, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
Her appointment reflects Trinity Homecare’s continued investment in developing talented leaders from within the organisation, ensuring clients benefit from experienced professionals who understand both the local community and the high standards of care the organisation is known for.
