Lisa Clarry
Senior Care Manager
Lisa Clarry joined Trinity in December 2022 as the Care Manager for the North region. She brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked in the healthcare sector for several years. Lisa is responsible for a portfolio of clients receiving live-in care and professional carers across the north of England. Her main focus is ensuring the successful delivery of care to all clients, while also providing support to professional carers.
Lisa has a number of qualifications in health and social care, including an NVQ 5 in Health & Social Care, a paediatric trachy study day, and an End of Life Care award. She has also completed several training courses, including Dementia/Mental Capacity Act training, long-term conditions training, and falls awareness training.
Prior to joining Trinity, Lisa held various positions in the healthcare industry, including Care Coordinator at Nestor Group, Service Delivery Manager at Allied Healthcare, and Head of Homecare North at Helping Hands. She also served as a Registered and Dual Registered Manager at Allied Healthcare, as well as Regional Manager at Mears Group and The Good Care Group.
Lisa loves meeting new clients and being able to help them receive the care they need in their own homes. She finds the job fulfilling, as she’s able to keep people safe and happy in their familiar surroundings. Lisa also enjoys the variety that her job brings, as no two days are the same.
Outside of work, Lisa is an avid supporter of The House of Light Trust, a supported living enterprise where her sister lives. She even did a charity skydive in 2017 to raise funds for the organization.
Victoria Sharp
Client Services Advisor
Victoria Sharp is one of our knowledgeable Client Service Advisers at Trinity Homecare. With a career in care spanning back to 2018, Victoria began her journey at the company as a Care Assistant before becoming a Care Coordinator in June 2021. In August 2022, Victoria was promoted to her current position as a Client Service Advisor.
Victoria’s main responsibilities involve advising new clients on the care needed and building bespoke care plans. She communicates with clients directly and works closely with the rest of the sales team. Victoria’s excellent relationship-building skills make her an indispensable member of the team.
Victoria has completed several qualifications and training courses that include Basic Life Support, Infection Control, Medication, Manual Handling, Personal Care, and short courses in Palliative Care and Stoma training. Victoria’s personal experience as a carer for her father with mental health issues and seizures further enhances her ability to understand the needs of our clients.
Victoria enjoys sharing her knowledge of the industry and helping potential clients understand that there is help available for them. She appreciates the work and family life balance her job provides and loves talking to different people every day. When not at work, Victoria enjoys traveling, volunteering in the Scouts, and hopes to one day own her own stables with a few horses.
Marissa Esterhuysen
Learning and Development Manager
Having spent two years working as a Live-in Carer for Trinity, she knows what it takes to achieve the high standards we require. She now manages a team of three trainers and spends much of her time supporting new and old care workers through their TrinityCarer pathway. Marissa’s objective is to create a happy and productive partnership between care workers and clients where clients really feel they are enjoying life with their carer, as well as feeling comfortable, safe and well looked after.
Marissa’s specialism is in dementia, both as a result of her professional and her personal experience. Both her grandparents suffered from Alzheimer’s. The experience has given her a real insight into the impact of this condition. With her specific experience of dementia, She is able to support the team, trainers and staff through the Learning and Development in Trinity Homecare. She works closely with the Recruitment team to ensure our high standards are maintained. She enjoys meeting carers from different parts of the world, and takes great pride in training and supporting them through our career pathway.
In a past life, Marissa achieved a diploma in Professional Cookery and Kitchen Management and having worked in this industry for several years, is very used to running teams under pressure.
Emma Bateman
Regional Trainer
Emma has a detailed career in the Health and Social care sector spanning beyond 20 years. She has a plethora of experience and knowledge from working both directly and indirectly with service users and clients in a range of settings. Emma has undertaken a wealth of qualifications and educational courses over the years, enhancing her own knowledge and skills.
As a qualified Trainer, Emma can deliver current information combined with demonstrations of good practice and share from her own experiences giving our carers the best start in their career.
Rachel Whittington
Client Relationship Manager
Based in Worcester Park, if you’re a new client or family member looking for care, Rachel will be the first person who answers your call. Rachel has worked in our office for 4 years and was once a carer for Trinity Homecare. With her knowledge of care, she will guide you through the available options and support you through your Trinity journey.
Sonia Wallace
Registered Manager
Joining Trinity Homecare’s ‘Outstanding’ team in July 2020, Sonia started her career in the care sector in 2006 when she worked as a Live-in Carer in Austria. Moving to the UK in 2007, Sonia thrived as a Visiting Carer in the Surrey area. She gained expert knowledge, skills and experience to progress her career. Soon after, Sonia managed large Visiting and Live-in Care companies in south and central England and also worked as a Dementia Care Manager in a nursing home in Epsom.
With numerous qualifications in Health and Social Care, she was also able to complete her CIPD level 5 in HR management. Sonia loves her job as a Care Manager and enjoys the team she works with. With a strong belief that happy carers make happy clients, Sonia aims to lead through ensuring her team is happy and supported.
When Sonia is not working, she enjoys staying active through sports such as running and skiing. As a ‘Dementia Friend’, she hopes to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Research UK Charity, by participating in the London Half Marathon, in 2021.
